The Eris Pro 8 is the largest coaxial monitor in the Eris Pro line, built for control rooms and immersive setups that need full-range output from every position. A 1.25-inch ultra-low-mass silk-dome tweeter is mounted at the center of an 8-inch woven-composite woofer, so both drivers work from a single point source. The result is superior phase alignment between components, a wide sweet spot, precise stereo imaging, and symmetrical dispersion, all of which matter in Dolby Atmos rooms where speakers sit at many angles and in stereo rooms where more than one person listens at once. Transient response stays detailed and dynamics stay natural, so mixing sessions cause less listening fatigue. The woofer keeps bass tight and punchy rather than loose, and a ported enclosure with 140W of Class AB power reaches down to 35 Hz with 105 dB peak SPL at one meter. Acoustic tuning covers real rooms: Acoustic Space settings of flat, -2 dB, and -4 dB compensate for wall or corner placement, continuously variable high- and mid-frequency controls give plus or minus 6 dB at 10 kHz and 1 kHz, and a low-cut filter offers flat, 80 Hz, or 100 Hz at -12 dB per octave. Rear-panel connections include balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS plus unbalanced RCA. Wall and ceiling mount provisions make integration into multi-channel systems straightforward.
