Presonus Eris Pro Sub 10 Active 10" Studio Subwoofer Powered Sub

The Eris Pro Sub 10 takes over the low-frequency end of a monitoring system so you can hear what is happening below the range of full-range speakers. A 10-inch front-firing glass-composite transducer and a front-firing bass-reflex port deliver 20 Hz to 200 Hz response with up to 113 dB SPL from 170W RMS of Class AB power. It is built to complement Eris Pro and Eris Studio monitors, matching their voicing so the subwoofer supports the mix rather than covering the speakers above it. Controls are made for real integration work. A continuously variable lowpass filter from 50 Hz to 130 Hz sets the top of the subwoofer's range for a clean crossover with any monitor. A switchable highpass filter removes content below 80 Hz from the full-range outputs feeding the monitors, which relieves their woofers and tightens the whole system. Input gain is continuously variable from -30 dB to +6 dB, and polarity invert and ground-lift switches deal with phase and hum problems on site. Connections cover left and right balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS plus unbalanced RCA inputs, left and right balanced XLR and 1/4-inch TRS outputs, and an XLR subwoofer output for adding a second Eris Pro Sub 10. The included momentary footswitch bypasses the subwoofer, the highpass filter, and the Sub Out together, so you can check a mix with and without the low end without leaving the chair.
