The ProX X-4UE gives you four rack spaces with a full 14" of depth, room for the deeper boxes a shallow rack cannot take: amplifiers, larger signal processors, matrix mixers, network switches, DJ effects, and compressor and EQ pairs. Dual rack rails let you anchor gear at the front and rear, which matters once you load a heavy unit and start moving between venues. The standard 19" rail width accepts any rack device, and 2.5" of door depth front and rear leaves room for connectors and power cables to stay attached with the lids on. Both lids are removable for patching from either end. ProX builds it ATA-300 style with laminated plywood, recessed spring-action handles, recessed butterfly twist-lock latches, steel ball corners, dual anchor rivets, and industrial grade rubber feet for stable stacking. The Silver on Black Digital Honeycomb exterior helps resist minor scratches, and foam padding is made from 85% recycled material. ProX backs it with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Empty weight is 17 lb, so a fully loaded 4U rack stays inside a one-person carry for most rigs.
