The ProX X-8UE is an eight-space front-load rack with 14" of depth, the size you reach for when one case has to hold the whole rack: amplifier, crossover, compressor, EQ, wireless receivers, and a power conditioner. Dual rack rails let you anchor each unit at the front and rear, which is what keeps a heavy amp from working loose over a season of load-ins. Standard 19" rail width takes any rack device inside the depth limit, and 2.5" of door depth front and rear leaves room for power and audio connectors to stay attached with the lids on. Both lids are removable, so you can patch the back without unracking anything. The shell is ATA-300 style laminated 3/8" (9mm) plywood with spring-action handles on two sides, easy locking tongue and groove, steel ball corners, dual anchor rivets, industrial strength latches, and rubber feet for stacking. The Honeycomb Digital laminated surface resists minor scratches, and every ProX case is CNC built to the same tolerances the brand has held since 1984. Empty weight is 35 lb, so plan on two hands or two people once it is loaded.
