XT-BT12-6W BLK

The ProX XT-BT12-6W BLK is a 12" 6-way block for BoltX bolted professional box truss, the junction you use when a build has to turn and branch at the same point. Four bolted faces plus top and bottom connections let a single block carry a corner, a tee, a cross, or a vertical pickup, so one part covers layouts that would otherwise take several dedicated corners.

BoltX construction carries through: a heavy-duty aluminum end plate welded on both sides, and circular rings at each corner that protect the main chord ends from drops and dragging on concrete. Every block is load tested and inspected during manufacturing and quality control. This block carries a stealth black powder coated finish that hides cable and fixtures and has a flat anti-glare look.

Each 6-way block includes four sets of four 5/8" - 11 x 2.5" NC attachment bolts with nuts, flat washers, and lock washers, sixteen sets of hardware in total, so you can land four connections without sourcing extra bolts. The industry-standard 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" bolt center pattern with 5/8" holes fits most other 12" box truss using the same 6.75" bolt center. Main chords are 2" outer diameter with a 3mm wall, diagonals are 1" with a 3mm wall, welded from 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders to TUV standards.

Use it for stage lighting grids, concert rigs, obstacle course builds, exhibit structures, and permanent installs. Bolts in a span must face the same direction, uprights need bolts on top and nuts on the bottom, and every connection and rigging point should be inspected before raising a build.
