XT-BT1205 BLK

The ProX XT-BT1205 BLK is a 5 ft bolted 12" professional box truss segment with a 3mm wall, part of the ProX BoltX line built for stage lighting, concerts, obstacle course structures, and similar work. Five feet covers the mid-length spans where four falls short and six overshoots, useful for stage headers, booth walls, and goal post uprights cut to a specific room.

BoltX uses a heavy-duty aluminum end plate welded on both sides, plus circular rings at each corner that take the abuse box truss actually sees: dropped ends, dragging across concrete, tight truck packs. Those rings protect the main chord ends, which is where expensive tube repairs usually start.

Each section includes one set of four 5/8" - 11 x 2.5" NC attachment bolts with nuts, flat washers, and lock washers, so you can connect a span the day it arrives. The industry-standard 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" bolt center pattern with 5/8" holes ties into most other 12" box truss using the same 6.75" bolt center. Main chords are 2" outer diameter with a 3mm wall and diagonals are 1" with a 3mm wall, welded from 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders to TUV standards. Finish is black coated aluminum. Every segment is load tested and inspected during manufacturing and quality control.

Important: all bolts in a span must face the same direction, and uprights need bolts on top with nuts on the bottom. Tighten from the nut side with a ratchet, only a few turns past firm, and use washers on both sides of every connection. Inspect bolts regularly, replace bolt sets periodically, and check all connections and rigging before raising a build.
