XT-BT12PVT

The ProX XT-BT12PVT is a center pivot hinge articulating block for 12" BoltX bolted box truss, giving you a horizontal variable corner instead of a fixed angle. It adjusts from 0 to 180 degrees, and a built-in adjustable arm locks the angle between sections so the build holds its shape once it is standing.

That covers the geometry a fixed corner cannot: swept front truss for a band, angled headers over a DJ booth, wrapped corners in a nightclub, trade show arches, and permanent installations where a wall or ceiling line sets the angle. One pivot block replaces the pile of one-off corners you would otherwise carry, and the locking arm makes the same angle repeatable at the next show.

The block is built from high-grade lightweight aluminum, easy to transport and set, with a 12" H x 12" W profile matching BoltX segments. Main chords are 2" outer diameter with a 3mm wall, diagonals are 1" with a 3mm wall, welded from 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders to TUV standards. It includes one set of four 5/8" - 11 x 2.5" NC bolts with nuts, flat washers, and lock washers, and the 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" bolt pattern fits most other 12" box truss.
