Product Description

The ProX XT-BTBP24A BoltX base plate anchors 12 in. bolted box truss to the floor, giving vertical towers, goalposts, and totems a stable footprint for stage lighting, concerts, and Ninja obstacle course construction. The plate spans 25 in. and uses the industry standard 6 3/4 in. x 6 3/4 in. bolt pattern with 5/8 in. holes, so it mates with BoltX truss sections and most other 12 in. bolted box truss brands. It is also drilled to fit F34 trussing, though conical connectors are sold separately.

Construction is a 1/2 in. aluminum plate welded to 1 in. x 1.5 in. solid aluminum extrusions, fabricated from 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders to TUV standards. Every plate is load tested and inspected during manufacturing, and the natural aluminum finish holds up to outdoor and touring use.

Four hand holes let two people lift and carry the plate without fighting for a grip during load-in. The plate is drilled for an offset position and slotted in an X for quick center mounting, so you can shift tower placement on site without drilling anything new. One set of four 5/8 in.-11 x 2.5 in. (NC) attachment bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers ships with each plate, so it is ready to bolt up out of the box.

      Welds are laid in 6082-T6 alloy to TUV standards by GSI SLV-certified welders, and every plate is inspected and load tested during manufacturing.

    • Four Hand Holes

      Cutouts at all four corners give your crew a real grip on a 40 lb plate, which keeps hands off sharp edges and speeds up carry-in.
