XT-BTD1206

The ProX XT-BTD1206 is a 6 ft. section of 12 in. bolted box truss built for stage lighting, concert stages, Ninja obstacle course construction, and trade show structures. The I-beam design runs 2 in. outer tubes with a 3mm (1/8 in.) wall and 1 in. diagonals, welded from 6082-T6 aluminum alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders to TUV standards.

BoltX end plates are cut from heavy-duty aluminum and welded on both sides, with circular rings at each corner that shield the main chord ends. Box truss gets dropped and dragged across concrete, and those rings take the hit instead of the tubes, which keeps expensive chord repairs off your books.

Connections use the industry standard 6 3/4 in. x 6 3/4 in. bolt pattern with 5/8 in. holes, so this section bolts to other BoltX sections and to most other 12 in. bolted box truss brands. Tight tolerances keep hole alignment true, so bolts drop through the first time instead of costing you crew time at every joint. Each segment is load tested and inspected during manufacturing and ships with one set of two 5/8 in.-11 x 2.5 in. (NC) attachment bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers.

At 6 ft. and 14 lb, it covers long spans with fewer joints while still loading into most cargo vans. The finish is natural aluminum, so it works in exposed rigs and under scrim.
