XT-F32-12D

The ProX XT-F32-12D is a two-way, fixed 12-degree corner connector for F32 I-beam truss. Used once, it puts a gentle bend in a straight run. Used in multiples, it builds arcs, angled headers, and curved designs that standard 90-degree corners cannot produce, while keeping the weight loading capability you need overhead.

Specs match the rest of the F32 line: 11 7/16 in. (290mm) overall width, 2 in. (50mm) outer diameter tubing, 3/4 in. (20mm) diagonal bracing, and a 0.08 in. (2mm) wall thickness in EN AW-6082 T6 aluminum alloy with an aluminum brush finish. Welding is done by certified TUV welders in the ProX factory, built to exacting specifications rather than generic tolerances.

The conical coupling system makes the truss genderless, so chords and fastening points line up precisely and the tapered couplers hold rigidity at the stress points. Assembly needs very few tools, and the connector is compatible with most conical coupled F32 trussing, so it fits into rigs assembled from mixed inventory.

Each connector ships with tapered shear pins, clips, and two conical couplings, so it is ready to install. Typical uses include stage headers, curved DJ facades, retail and trade show displays, and church installs.
