XT-F32-7D

The ProX XT-F32-7D is a two-way, fixed 7 degree corner connector for F32 truss. It creates gentle angles that standard 90 degree corners cannot produce, and several units in series build arcs, polygons, and decorative frames while holding strong load ratings. Body construction matches the rest of the F32 line: 2 in (50 mm) outer diameter tubing, 0.75 in (20 mm) diagonal bracing, 0.08 in (2 mm) wall thickness, and EN AW-6082 T6 aluminum alloy in a brushed aluminum finish. Welding is done by TUV certified welders. The conical coupling system keeps the truss genderless, so chords align precisely, fastening points stay rigid at stress points, and setup takes very few tools. Tapered shear pins with clips and two conical couplings ship with the unit, so it pins straight into an existing run. Common uses include curved lighting arches over stages, rounded retail and exhibition displays, church installations, nightclub decor, and touring rigs that repeat the same angle across a design. The connector ties into F32 truss built to the same size and conical standard. Angled geometry changes load paths, so always check total load and consult a qualified engineer for complex shapes.
