The Flex Tower Totem package builds a truss column for DJ lights, speakers, or display mounts, and ships with everything needed to put it up. Four 12 in I-beam sections at 3.28 ft (1 m) each pin together with eight half conical connectors, so the same kit makes a pair of 3.28 ft towers or a single 6.56 ft (2 m) platform depending on the room and sightlines. A 24 in x 24 in folding base plate gives the footprint, and the 12 in x 12 in top plate accepts the included speaker mount stud for a top-mounted speaker, moving head, or light bar. Black and white scrim sleeves are both included: black cleans up the look of exposed truss, white takes uplighting for custom color effects. Add the XT-SSTM3260 universal TV mount, sold separately, to run a video display on the same column. Everything packs into the included soft carry bag at 41 in long by 13 in wide, so one 48 lb bag goes in and out of the van instead of loose truss and plates. Mobile DJs, small production companies, houses of worship, and retail displays use these towers to get lighting and speakers off the floor without a full ground support system. Ballast the base for stability and keep loads centered over the footprint.
