The Flex Tower Totem package builds a truss column for DJ lights, speakers, or display mounts, and this version ships in a ProX hard road case instead of a soft bag. Four 12 in I-beam sections at 3.28 ft (1 m) each assemble into a 3.28 ft tower or a 6.56 ft (2 m) platform, with all assembly hardware included. A 24 in x 24 in folding base plate sets the footprint and the 12 in x 12 in top plate accepts the included speaker mount stud for a speaker, moving head, or light bar. Black and white scrim sleeves are both included, so the truss can be hidden or uplit for custom color. Add the XT-SSTM3260 universal TV mount, sold separately, for a video display on the same column. The hard case is the difference: plates, truss, and hardware travel behind a rigid shell that stacks in a truck and survives repeat load-ins, and total shipping weight is 74 lb. Production companies and rental inventories choose the case version because gear that ships weekly takes abuse a soft bag will not absorb. Warning: scrims are for temporary use only, not permanent installation. Keep them away from open flames, direct heat, and electrical fixtures or outlets. Machine wash and air dry only, and re-treat fire retardant as needed.
