XT-HINGEX4

The ProX XT-HINGEX4 is a four-pack of male-to-male tube hinges for building angled truss shapes and ground support post towers. Each hinge fits standard F31, F32, and F34 conical 2 in truss, pivots to the angle a design calls for, and locks with pins and cotter keys. Hinges see the most use as joints in towers, and also for bending standard truss lengths into arcs, A-frames, gates, and irregular display shapes without ordering custom sections. Mix pipe lengths and hinge counts to build one-off geometry from stock parts. Material is high-grade 6082-T6 aluminum: lightweight, corrosion resistant, and high in tensile strength, so a hinge block carries the weight of most stage and lighting loads. Each unit includes a male-to-male adjustable angle joint with two locking pins and two pin clips. The ProX conical coupling system keeps trusses genderless, lines chords up precisely at fastening points, and keeps assembly quick with very few tools. Common applications are live stages, theaters, nightclubs, church installations, mobile rigs, trade shows, and retail displays.
