XT-PICKPRO800

The ProX XT-PICKPRO800 is a hanging truss pick with a suspension mounting system for F34, F32, F31, and 12 in box truss, rated at an 800 lb safe working load per pick. It clamps anywhere along the truss length, so the pick point sits at the center of gravity instead of forcing a design around fixed rigging positions. Machined and welded tubular box aluminum keeps the pick light for the strength it delivers: 6063 T-6 aluminum with graded steel hardware at 4 lb total. Attached 360-degree wrap-around coupler clamps grip 2 in (50 mm) tubing and fit truss from most makers built to the same size. A load-rated 2 in M12 eye bolt (5/8 in, 1 in inner) gives the lifting point for a hoist, sling, or shackle. This is the practical way to raise, lower, or hang LED screens and truss sections, particularly for installs and semi-permanent setups where rigging has to be precise and repeatable, and for truss base plate configurations. Use picks in pairs or multiples to distribute truss weight: rigging heavy truss sections on a single pickup point is risky and strongly discouraged. Confirm total load, use rated hardware throughout the lift, inspect the eye bolt and clamps before each use, and have a qualified rigger or engineer review the design.
