XT-SQ7D

The XT-SQ7D is a two-way fixed 7-degree angle connector for F34 square truss with a 2 mm wall. Drop one in to break a straight run off axis, or stack several in series to build sweeping curves, pitched roof lines, and decorative shapes that a standard 90-degree box corner cannot produce, all while keeping strong weight loading through the joint. That makes it a common part in outdoor roof structures, arched entryways, angled lighting pods, and trade show features. Construction is 6082-T6 aluminum alloy: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and high in tensile strength, with an 11.42 in (290 mm) overall width, 2 in (50 mm) outer diameter tubing, 0.75 in (20 mm) diagonal bracing, and a 0.08 in (2 mm) wall. Every unit is fabricated by certified TUV welders and arrives with its connecting hardware. The conical coupling system keeps the truss genderless, lines up chords and fastening points precisely, holds rigidity at the stress points, and resists damage in transit. Setup takes very few tools. Because ProX Truss follows industry-standard F34 dimensions, the connector also ties into most other manufacturers F34 truss with conical connectors.
