SAMSON G-Track Pro Studio USB Condenser Microphone Mic and Built in Audio Interface

The G-Track Pro is a USB condenser microphone, audio interface, and mixer in one housing. It connects to any Mac or PC over USB with no driver installation and records at 16 or 24-bit up to 96kHz, with zero-latency headphone monitoring on the 1/8" output.

Two 1" (25mm) back electret condenser capsules sit inside a die-cast zinc body behind a heavy gauge mesh grille. Three selectable pickup patterns cover different recording situations: cardioid for one voice speaking into the front, bidirectional for two people facing each other across a desk, and omnidirectional for a room, a group, or an acoustic ensemble. Frequency response runs 50Hz to 20kHz with a 120dB max SPL, so it handles loud sources as well as speech.

The 1/4" input records guitar, bass, keyboard, and other line level sources at the same time as the mic. Independent microphone, instrument, and headphone volume knobs let you set the blend on the hardware rather than in software, and a mono/2-track switch decides whether both sources land on one track or stay separate for editing. The mute button silences the inputs without a click, useful mid-stream or mid-podcast, and a 3-color LED reports power, clipping, and mute at a glance.

The included desktop base adjusts for mic placement and its rubber pad reduces desk noise; remove it and the mic mounts to any standard stand or to Samson's SP04 shock mount, sold separately.
