Gooseneck Dual Pop Filter

The Gooseneck Dual Pop Filter puts two pop shields on one stand mount: a standard fabric membrane and the sE metal pop screen, joined by a hinged mechanism. Swing either into position on its own or use both together, which covers the gap between a soft close vocal take and a loud singer working right on the mic.

The two materials behave differently, and that is the point. Fabric absorbs plosives and takes a little edge off the very top end, which flatters bright vocals. The perforated metal screen uses a convex shape to redirect low-frequency air blasts to the side without attenuating high frequencies, so the take stays open and detailed. Having both on hand means you stop swapping hardware between singers or between a vocal session and a voice-over pass.

The gooseneck holds its position at any angle and stays where you set it through a long session instead of sagging toward the capsule. The clamp fits standard mic stands and booms, and the filter works in front of condenser, dynamic, and ribbon mics for vocals, voice-over, spoken word, and podcasting.
