NEOM USB

The NEOM USB is a plug-and-play cardioid condenser microphone with the converters built in, so it connects straight to a computer or phone with no interface or phantom power in the chain. It works with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android over its USB-C connector.

Recording quality goes well past what most USB mics offer: 24-bit resolution at sample rates up to 192 kHz, running through a 16 mm back-electret condenser capsule with a cardioid pattern and a 20 Hz to 20 kHz response. The cardioid pattern points at you and rejects what is behind it, which keeps keyboard noise and room reflections out of a stream or a vocal take.

Controls sit on the mic body, where you can reach them: gain, headphone volume, and a mute button. The headphone output gives zero-latency monitoring, so you hear yourself in time rather than a beat behind your own voice, and latency through the mic is the lowest in its class.

Everything needed to start is in the box: a desk stand, a mic clip with thread adapter for a boom arm, and a USB-C to USB-A cable. The mic measures 174 x 56 x 40 mm and weighs 445 g. It suits content creators, streamers, podcasters, and musicians recording vocals, acoustic guitar, guitar cabinets, piano, and strings.
