The MSW.104 is a 10-inch marine and powersports subwoofer built to take weather, spray, and sun without losing output. The frame and grill are injection molded from Centrex 814 UV resistant polymer, the same material used in wake tower enclosures, and all electro-magnetic components are sealed inside the frame structure so moisture stays away from the motor. Chemical and UV resistant thermo-formed rubber gaskets and surround hold the seal at the mounting surface, and an extreme temperature tolerant voice coil with epoxy coating handles long afternoons in direct sun. The injection molded polypropylene-mica composite cone is light and stiff, which keeps the cone under control at 300W RMS and 600W peak. Voice coil configuration is 4 Ohm DVC, giving you wiring options across common amplifier loads. Mounting depth is 4.5 inches, and the recommended box volume is 0.75 cubic feet sealed or 1.00 cubic feet ported, so it works in a boat bench, a wake tower box, or a custom UTV enclosure. Matching gloss black and gloss white grills ship with each subwoofer, so the finish matches your hull or cage without ordering extra parts, and brushed aluminum grill mesh keeps feet and gear from puncturing the cone. Connection terminals are prewired for optional LED light rings.
