Product Description

These pods clamp to the factory sport bar mounting points of a 2017-up Jeep Wrangler JL 4-door and hold a pair of 6.5" speakers where the occupants actually sit. Point them forward and you have sound in the cabin while you are moving; swivel them 180 degrees rearward and the same speakers cover a tailgate, a campsite, or the back of the Jeep with the tailgate down.

The mounts are billet aluminum, which is what keeps the pods from drifting out of aim on washboard roads and rock ledges. Each pod has a 143mm cutout with 7" of mounting depth, so full-size 6.5" coaxials or components fit rather than shallow-mount compromises. The pods ship unloaded so you can choose the drivers.

The design is weatherproof, which matters on a vehicle that runs with the top and doors off. Installation uses factory cage mounting points with the included stainless hardware and step-by-step instructions, so nothing needs drilling. Fits most top configurations but does not work with the Freedom Top.
