The SA-15 Classic brings 1000W RMS handling and 19mm of one-way excursion to a 15-inch cone, a combination aimed at low-end reach rather than raw power numbers. More cone area at the same excursion moves more air, which is why a 15 hits notes in the low 30s that smaller woofers only suggest.

A cast aluminum frame houses a custom 2.5-inch voice coil, a double-layered Nomex spider, and an SPL competition-grade paper cone. A large aluminum Faraday ring in the motor cuts distortion and keeps response even as excursion rises, while high-temperature coil wire handles the thermal side of sustained power. Spring-loaded terminals speed the install, and stitched-on XL tinsel leads stay tied down at full stroke.

Dual 4-ohm coils wire to 2 ohm or 8 ohm, the pick for a pair of 15s or an amplifier that makes rated power at a higher load. Enclosure options stay open: 3.5 cu ft ported with 35 sq in of port tuned to 35 Hz, 2.5 cu ft sealed for a tighter, more compact build, or a 4th-order bandpass with a 1.5 cu ft sealed side and 4.5 cu ft ported side. Mounting takes 7.69 inches of depth behind a 14-inch cutout, which fits trunk builds, truck boxes, and van installs.
