SAEv4-1000D

The SAEv4-1000D is a Class D monoblock built to power one or two subwoofers, rated at 1000W x 1 at 1 ohm, 600W x 1 at 2 ohms, and 375W x 1 at 4 ohms. The half-bridge design keeps output clean across that impedance range, so you get the same character whether the amp is loaded at 1 ohm or 4.

Tuning controls cover what a sub channel actually needs. A 12dB variable low pass filter sweeps 40 Hz to 180 Hz to set where the sub hands off to your mids, while a 12dB subsonic filter from 10 Hz to 40 Hz protects the woofer from content below the box tuning. Phase shift control across 0 to 180 degrees lets you time the sub to the front stage, which matters in vehicles where the box fires away from the listener.

Protection circuitry covers thermal, voltage, speaker short, and DC-offset conditions, with power, clipping, and protection indicators on board. A heavy aluminum heat sink handles thermal control during extended playback, so the amp does not shut down halfway through a long listening session.

The included wired remote has a clipping indicator, so you can adjust output from the driver seat and see when you are pushing past clean power instead of guessing.

It runs on 10.5V to 15.5V with a 100A recommended fuse, and measures 12.48 by 6.3 by 2.75 inches, a footprint that fits under a seat or on a small amp rack.
