Car Replacement Remote

This is a factory replacement 4-button transmitter for Ultrastart remote start systems. It restores full control of the system already installed in your vehicle: lock the doors, unlock them, start the engine, and release the trunk, all from one fob.

The remote runs on Ultrastart ultra high frequency XR technology, which gives it a working range of 2,500 feet. That is close to half a mile, so you can bring the cabin up to temperature from inside an office building, from an upper-floor apartment, or from the far end of a large parking lot before you step outside.

It is compatible with the U1271MXR, U1272PRO, U1270TLXR, U1280-PRO, U2270TL-XR, U2271M, and U2281MXR-PRO systems. If the original fob was lost, damaged, or is no longer reaching the vehicle, this unit works with the same control module already under the dash, so there is nothing to pull out and reinstall. It also works as an added second remote for households where two people share one vehicle, letting each person carry their own fob instead of passing a single unit back and forth.

The four-button layout keeps each function on its own dedicated button, so there are no multi-press combinations to memorize. Freezing winter mornings, hot summer afternoons, and grocery runs where you want the trunk open before you reach the car all get simpler with this fob in your pocket.
