The 512-BBA boom arm and RCM02 cardioid condenser microphone form a desk recording setup for podcasts, voice work, streaming, and music capture. The arm's internal high-tension spring moves quietly, while its two-axis swivel and 360-degree rotation help position the mic and keep it there without extra tightening. Its steel frame supports microphones weighing up to 3 lb, including a shock mount, with 31.5 inches of horizontal reach and 32 inches of vertical reach. The RCM02's large diaphragm and cardioid pickup pattern capture vocals, acoustic or amplified sound sources, and room sound across a 30 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. Connect to a mixer using the included 10-foot XLR-to-XLR cable, or use the 10-foot 3.5 mm jack-to-XLR cable with a computer or other device.
