XP600

The XS Power XP600 is a 12V deep cycle AGM power cell built to back up a high-performance sound system as an additional battery. It supplies up to 600 max amps with 20 amp hours of capacity, and because it stores real energy rather than just buffering it, you do not need a capacitor in the system.

The practical benefit shows up on bass notes. When amplifiers pull a big slug of current, the XP600 has it ready, so system voltage stays where it belongs and your dash lights stop flickering with the beat. The same reserve is useful for a modest light bar, cabin electronics, or a small inverter when the engine is off.

Sealed Absorbed Glass Mat construction keeps the electrolyte in fiberglass mat, making the cell leak-proof and non-hazardous in handling. That means it can be mounted in the cabin or trunk without venting concerns, and it resists extreme vibration, which is exactly what a battery bolted next to a pair of subwoofers has to survive.

At 15.5 lb and 4.35 by 9.65 by 9.85 inches, the XP600 is easy to place in an amp rack, under a seat, or behind a false floor where a full-size battery has no chance of fitting. M6 terminal hardware is included.
