Hifonics ZD-3350.1D 3350 Watt Mono Amplifier 1 Ohm Car Audio Class-D Amp

The Hifonics ZD-3350.1D is the high-output ZEUS DELTA mono block, rated at 3350W max power. It makes 1 x 3350W into 1 ohm, 1 x 1675W into 2 ohms, and 1 x 850W into 4 ohms, which is the range for a multi-woofer wall, a pair of high-excursion 12s or 15s, or a single competition sub wired down to 1 ohm.

At this output the electrical side matters. Power and ground terminals take 2 AWG cable, external 175A fusing is required, and the vehicle should have charging system and battery capacity to match. A PWM MOSFET power supply with the dual coil Simpatico design keeps voltage constant through the output devices so the amp holds output under long, heavy bass passages.

Tuning stays onboard: a variable low-pass crossover from 50Hz to 250Hz at 12dB per octave, a 15Hz to 40Hz subsonic filter to control excursion below box tuning, and 0 to 12dB bass boost. Input sensitivity runs 0.2V to 6V, speaker-level inputs allow a factory head unit tie-in, and THD stays under 0.1%.

The chassis measures 16.77 x 5.75 x 2.16 in and weighs 8.38 lb, with an aluminum heat sink handling thermal load. The included wired bass remote puts level control at the dash, DC Signal Sense starts the amplifier from RCA signal, nickel-plated RCA jacks resist corrosion, and end-panel LEDs report overload and speaker short conditions during setup and daily use.
