DMS100 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone System

The AKG DMS100 is a digital wireless microphone system built for performers and presenters who need reliable, license-free sound without cables. It runs on the 2.4 GHz band with 24-bit/48 kHz uncompressed digital audio and 256-bit AES encryption, so singers and speakers get studio-quality sound with none of the interference common to analog wireless gear.

The system supports up to four coexisting DMS100 units in the same room, making it a practical option for houses of worship, corporate and government presenters, fitness studios, and educators who run multiple mics at once. With a working range of 100 ft (30 m) and latency under 2.9 ms, performers can move freely across a stage or classroom while the receiver keeps a locked-in signal.

Included AA batteries power the handheld transmitter for up to 12 hours per charge, and the receiver mounts in a standard rack with an optional rackmount kit for permanent installs. A frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz and a dynamic range of 116 dB deliver clear, present sound for vocals and spoken word, from a single presenter setup to several simultaneous users at once.
