18P HEX IP

The ADJ 18P HEX IP takes a high-output HEX par and rates it IP65, so rain, snow and dust are no longer a reason to cancel. Eighteen 12W six-in-one LEDs mix red, green, blue, amber, white and UV through a 25-degree beam angle, with 63 built-in color macros for repeatable color.

The all-metal, heavy-duty housing is the same story you expect from the 18P line, with weather protection added at every opening. Power runs through outdoor locking connectors and data through IP rated 5-pin DMX connectors with rubber covers. IP rated power link and DMX cables are available to complete the seal; standard 5-pin DMX cables still work for indoor jobs, they just do not create an IP65 seal. Daisy chain up to 12 units at 120V or 24 units at 220V.

Control gives you four DMX modes (6, 7, 8 and 13 channel), five operational modes including static color, RGBAW and UV dimmer, program, sound active and DMX, plus RDM support. Five selectable dimming curves (Standard, Stage, TV, Architectural and Theatre) match it to the rest of the rig, electronic dimming runs 0-100%, and LED pulse and strobe effects are built in. Output is flicker free for camera work. A 4-button DMX menu with digital display handles setup, and a scissor yoke with safety eye covers hanging and floor placement.

At 13.5 lb with LEDs rated near 50,000 hours, it fits outdoor stages, tented events, building washes and any indoor rig that occasionally moves outside.
