The Avante Audio AS8 ACDC is an active column PA system that pairs an 8-inch neodymium subwoofer with a speaker column loaded with six precision-aligned 2.75-inch neodymium drivers. A second column acts as a spacer, lifting the speaker array to optimal listening height. The SAM (Secure Array Mount) system locks each column firmly to the sub and to one another, eliminating the risk of a topple and removing the need for speaker cables entirely: the audio signal passes through the mount itself.

A Class D amplifier delivers 1000W peak (250W RMS to the sub) through a built-in limiter, and the 4-input mixer accepts two mic/line inputs on XLR/TRS combo jacks, two guitar/line inputs on 1/4" stereo jacks, and a 1/8" stereo aux input. Bluetooth 5.0 adds wireless streaming from a phone, tablet, or laptop. Dual-band EQ and an XLR line output round out the signal chain. The system runs on a built-in 28.8V / 5000mAh lithium-ion battery for 4 to 5 hours at full charge, or plugs into any 100-240V outlet.
