Product Description

The ADJ ELPZ7BDA is a barndoor assembly built for the Encore Z7LP LED Par. It mounts to the front of the fixture and gives a tech direct control over where the beam stops.

A zoom par already lets you change beam size, but zoom alone cannot square off an edge. Barndoors do. Adjustable leaves crop light off the top of a cyc, keep a wash from creeping onto a projection surface, block spill from hitting a camera lens, or tighten a beam to a doorway or set piece. On theater and house-of-worship stages, that control keeps the picture clean without adding fixtures or moving the rig.

Because the assembly is matched to the Z7LP housing, it seats securely and stays put through focus changes and repeated load-ins. For touring and rental use, that means one accessory travels with the fixture instead of a box of generic hardware.

Fits the ADJ Encore Z7LP. Fixture sold separately.

Features

    • Square Off The Beam

Zoom changes beam size, but adjustable barndoor leaves are what let you crop a hard edge at the top of a cyc or the side of a set piece.

    • Less Spill On Stage

Cropping the beam keeps light off drapes, ceilings and the front row, so the stage picture reads as intentional rather than washed out.

    • Camera-Friendly Control

Blocking stray light stops lens flare and screen washout during streamed services, broadcasts and corporate sessions.

    • Secure Purpose-Built Mount

The assembly is matched to the Encore Z7LP housing, so it seats firmly and holds position through focus adjustments and repeated load-ins.

    • Travels With The Fixture

A single accessory dedicated to the Z7LP replaces a box of generic hardware for touring and rental inventory.
