The ADJ Entour Snow is a 1250W snow machine built for installation and touring work, projecting imitation snow either upward for a slow drift or outward for a hard flurry. That flexibility is why it suits large venues and stage productions rather than just small rooms.

Output is variable with the fan running at 50% or 100%, and no warm-up time is needed, so the effect fires as soon as it is cued. The external tank holds 5.6 liters and consumption runs 500 ml per minute at full output. ADJ Snow Gal fluid is formulated for these machines and is what the manufacturer recommends.

Control includes 3 DMX channel modes (1, 3, 5) with 3-pin In/Out connections, plus an LCD function display with built-in remote covering timer, continuous snow, and manual control. A 1/4-inch jack accepts the optional Entour VT-1 remote controller for setups without a console. The mains input is a locking connector.

Rigging is handled by a hanging bracket with a safety cable latch, so the machine can hang above a stage or set piece and drop snow from height, which is where the effect looks best. At 30 lb and 21.5 x 14.75 x 17.25 inches, it is manageable for one person to position.
