JOLT 300

The Jolt 300 puts a strobe and a color effect in one fixture. A center strip of 144 cool white 0.5W SMD LEDs handles traditional strobe and blinder work at 6000K, and 144 RGB 1.5W SMD LEDs on either side add color strobing and wash. Run them together and the fixture does two jobs from one truss position.

The RGB section splits into three independently controlled zones, which is what turns the fixture from a plain strobe into an eye candy element. Chase the zones against white flashes and you get movement across the bar rather than a single on-off hit. There are 64 built-in color macros and 32 programs if you are running without a console.

Output is aimed at large stages, nightclubs, live events, and touring rigs where a small strobe disappears. Beam angle is 120 degrees, LED life averages 50,000 hours, and max draw is 226W.

The rear panel has 3-pin and 5-pin DMX in and out plus twist locking power in and out, so up to four fixtures chain from one circuit at 120V. A USB port handles firmware updates. An LCD display with a 4-button menu sets dimming modes, dim speed, programs, color macros, refresh rate from 900Hz to 25kHz, gamma from 1.0 to 2.8, and DMX channel mode. A scissor yoke and omega bracket are included for clamping to truss.
