The American DJ M-DCBASE is a battery operated mirror ball motor built for ground-level or tabletop placement rather than overhead mounting, giving entertainers a way to add a mirror ball effect anywhere a flat surface is available. It supports mirror balls up to 8 inches in size and rotates them quietly, running on a D cell battery paired with the M-DCB/PSU DC power option, sold separately.

Rather than requiring the ball to hang out of reach, the M-DCBASE lets it sit on the ground or a table, which suits smaller venues, home setups, or entertainers who want to round out a mirror ball collection without adding rigging. It can also connect to a C-Clamp using the MBA-1 mirror ball attachment, sold separately, for mounting flexibility beyond a flat surface.
