The ADJ MDF2PSUX9 is the 200W power supply for a compact MDF2 magnetic dance floor of up to nine panels, the 3 x 3 layout that covers a first dance, a small bar floor, or a photo activation. It takes AC 100-240V at 50/60 Hz and outputs the DC 24V the panels run on, feeding the floor through the MDF2 edge power ramp. The metal enclosure has a built-in carrying handle, so it loads in like a piece of gear instead of a loose brick of electronics at the end of a cable. Current overload protection is built in, with trip timing that scales to how far past the maximum load the supply is pushed, so a momentary surge does not shut down a reception. Operating range runs from -4F to 158F with an IP20 rating, which means indoors or under cover and out of the weather. If the floor grows, the same family offers supplies for 20, 40, 117, and 156 panels, so a larger show is a power supply change rather than a new floor. MDF2 panels, ramps, and cables are sold separately.
