Product Description

The S-5014B is a 50' (15 m) speaker cable from the Accu-Cable S Series, wired with 14 gauge conductors and terminated 1/4" to MDP banana. It runs amplifier output to a passive speaker, which is the connection that takes the most abuse on a mobile rig.

Fourteen gauge gives you more copper than a standard 16 gauge cable, which keeps loss down when you are pushing a passive sub or main at volume across a 50-foot run.

One end is a 1/4" plug for the amplifier, the other is an MDP banana connector for binding posts, so the cable lands correctly at both ends with no adapters.

Fifty feet covers the wider stage plots: mains at both sides of a stage from a rack in the middle, subs pushed out to the corners, or a speaker across a tent from the amp. The heavier gauge is worth it when a sub is doing the work.
