Product Description

The SC8 II Pad System is an analog on/off controller for lighting that does not run on DMX. Eight channels of switched power let you turn practicals, non-DMX pars, and other fixtures on and off from a control pad at your position instead of walking to each unit or pulling plugs mid-show.

Everything needed is in the box: the SC8 II Pad controller, the SC8 II Pad RP relay pack, a 25 ft 3-pin DMX cable to connect them, and a 4 ft IEC power cord. The relay pack has eight Edison power inputs with a total capacity of 15A, which works out to 1500W at 100V or 1800W at 120V. It also has a circuit breaker reset, an M10 mounting thread for a clamp, and a safety loop, so it can hang on truss near the fixtures it feeds.

The pad has eight on/off toggle switches plus eight flash switches, so you can bring a channel up for a moment without changing its state. A main power switch, rubber feet for desk use, and a 3-pin XLR data output finish it. It runs on AC through IEC or on DC over USB, which helps when outlet space is tight.

Chain a second relay pack through the 3-pin XLR data in and out to expand past eight circuits. Total weight is 5 lb. IP20.
