American DJ SDC12 12-Channel DMX Controller Operates Via 12VDC Power Supply

The SDC12 is a 12-channel DMX controller sized to hold in one hand. Twelve faders map to twelve consecutive DMX channels, DIP switches set the starting DMX channel, and an overall dimmer fader sits above all of them. Outputs include both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR, so it connects to whatever fixture is in front of you without an adapter.

Power is flexible: the included 12V DC supply for bench and install use, or a 9V battery (not included) when there is no outlet nearby. That combination is what makes it useful on a sales floor or in a warehouse, where you need to bring a fixture to life quickly and prove it works.
