Product Description

The SPLC15 links power from one fixture to the next. Both ends use locking twist-lock power connectors, matching the power input and output sockets found on LED pars, moving heads, and effect lights that support power daisy chaining.

Chaining does two useful things. It cuts the number of extension cords running back to a distro or wall outlet, and it keeps the cable between fixtures short, which means less to tape down and less to trip over. At 15' / 4.57 m, this length suits fixtures at opposite ends of a truss or on separate stands across a stage.

The quarter-turn connectors lock, so a fixture at the end of a chain will not lose power when a cable gets bumped during a set. Check the daisy-chain limit printed on your fixtures before building a long run: total current draw sets the ceiling, not the number of cables. Intended for indoor use on mobile rigs, club and bar installs, band backlines, and school or church stages.
