The Tour Link 5P5 moves DMX-512 control data from your console to your lighting fixtures across a 5-foot (1.5M) run. One end terminates in a 5-pin male SCMM5-BG connector and the other in a 5-pin female SCMF5-BG, so it drops into any standard 5-pin DMX chain without adapters. Signal accuracy comes from 2x2x0.34mm2 22AWG oxygen-free copper conductors, high-density polyethylene insulation, and a braided shield that pairs tinned copper strands with 100% aluminum coverage to keep dimmer packs, motors, and nearby RF from corrupting data. The 6.4mm thermoplastic polyurethane jacket stays flexible in cold rooms and takes the scuffing, pinching, and foot traffic that come with repeated load-ins. Each connector gets a 3.5 inch clear heat shrink tube for strain relief where cables usually fail first, and both are laser engraved with 5FT / 1.5M so you can pull the right length out of a full cable bag in seconds.
