WIFI NET 2

The ADJ WIFI NET 2 is a two port wireless node that converts ArtNet and sACN network lighting data into DMX512 output, with 2.4G Wi-Fi built in. It gives you two universes at the node and removes the need to run a data cable to the place where the fixtures actually live.

Protocol support covers DMX512, RDM, ArtNet, and sACN, so the node fits consoles and software that speak network lighting and fixtures that speak DMX. Connections are one RJ45 input for indoor wired network use plus two 5-pin XLR ports that work as input or output, which means the node can also push a wired universe into the network instead of only pulling from it.

Power is flexible in a way that matters on site: 9VDC from the included supply, or PoE 802.3af over the same Ethernet cable carrying data. PoE means one cable to a truss-mounted node and no local outlet hunt. Configuration happens from the unit menu or a web browser, with static or DHCP IP assignment, so a tech can set it from a laptop without special software.

Physically it is built to rig: an M10 thread for a clamp and a safety eyelet for the attachment point. It draws 2 W, weighs 1.23 lb, and operates from -4 to 113 F. Use it on touring rigs, corporate stages, houses of worship, clubs, and architectural installs.
