AudioFuse 16Rig is a high-density audio interface for studios built around hardware. Sixteen TRS analog inputs mean your synths, drum machines, and outboard processors stay patched in permanently, so a session starts with playing instead of repatching cables behind the desk.

Two digitally controlled preamps and 24-bit AD/DA converters from ESS and Cirrus Logic handle recording up to 192 kHz, covering vocals, guitars, and line-level gear on the same unit. Twelve analog outputs include eight DC-coupled TRS line outs for sending CV to synth modules, stereo monitor outputs, and front-panel outputs for reamping and dual headphones. Two ADAT ins and outs add up to 16 more channels at 48 kHz, with word clock in and out plus one MIDI in and two MIDI out or thru ports keeping every device locked together.

Two internal low-latency mixers run without a computer connected, which suits DAWless recording, live mixing, and rehearsal setups. Configurations save for instant recall, so switching between a tracking session and a live rig takes a moment. Immersive monitoring supports Dolby Atmos up to 9.1.6, Auro-3D, 5.1, 7.1, quad, and custom layouts.

A color display with rotary control handles settings at the unit, and the included AudioFuse Control Center adds a routing matrix on screen. The chassis works on a desktop or in a 1U rack. The AudioFuse Creative Suite is included, with Analog Lab Intro plus preamp, compressor, filter, chorus, delay, reverb, and phaser plugins.
