ATH-M40x Studio Headphones & Compact Isolation Shield Bundle

This bundle pairs the ATH-M40x studio monitor headphones with a Rockville RockShield 1 compact microphone isolation shield, sized for a smaller desk or a mic setup that does not need the larger 5-panel version. The ATH-M40x is tuned flat across an extended frequency range for accurate monitoring, using 40mm drivers in a closed-back, circumaural design for strong sound isolation, with 90-degree swiveling ear cups and a detachable cable for studio or travel use.

The RockShield 1 uses three panels of 1.5-inch-thick high-density acoustic foam over a vented steel back plate to absorb reflections around a mic, in a smaller footprint than Rockville's larger shields. Die-cast aluminum frames keep it light at 1.1 pounds without its tripod stand, or 2 pounds with it, and a tripod foot design lets it stand freely on a desk or mount to a compatible stand. Together, the two pieces suit a compact desktop recording setup where space is limited but accurate monitoring and reflection control still matter.
