Audio Technica ATH-M60X Closed-Back Pro Monitor Headphones w/ Detachable Cables

The ATH-M60x is the on-ear model in the M-Series, built for studio, broadcast, and mobile work. It uses the same proprietary 45 mm large-aperture drivers found in the ATH-M50x, so the extended frequency range and accurate bass response carry over into a lower-profile design.

On-ear matters for specific jobs. Broadcast operators working in a booth, engineers who need to hear the room alongside the mix, and anyone who overheats in circumaural pads will get more out of this shape. The low-profile closed-back housing still isolates well and holds a firm fit.

Frequency response runs 15-28,000 Hz with 102 dB sensitivity, 38 ohm impedance, and 1,600 mW maximum input power. The low-impedance design pulls high output from any headphone jack, including a phone or a field recorder, which makes it a practical mobile monitor.

Memory foam earpads and headband keep pressure down over hours of wear, and both detach for replacement when they eventually wear out, extending the useful life of the headphone. Key metal components in the frame handle daily handling.

Three detachable cables come in the box: 1.2-3.0 m coiled, 3.0 m straight, and 1.2 m straight, each with a 3.5 mm mini-plug. A 6.3 mm (1/4 in.) screw-on adapter and protective carrying pouch are included.
