This bundle pairs Audio-Technica's ATM230PK, a 3-pack of hypercardioid drum mics with mounts, with three Rockville RKDS mini mic stands and three 20-foot XLR cables, built for miking sources that sit on or near the floor. Each ATM230 uses a hypercardioid polar pattern and a proprietary capsule built for high SPL sources, delivering full, well-rounded sound with a strong low end, and the low-profile, all-metal design suits toms, snare, and other close-miked percussion. Each mic ships with its own AT8665 drum mount and protective pouch. Unlike the taller boom stands used elsewhere in this bundle line, the RKDS is a low mini stand designed for kick drums, guitar amps, and other floor-level sources, with a 10.2-inch weighted steel base, a rubber pad that eliminates unwanted noise, and a 21.4-inch fixed boom arm that adjusts from 18.7 to 28.7 inches overall. Three RCXFM20E-B cables run each mic's signal 20 feet on 100% copper conductors with a 90% OFC spiral shield.
