SM-2000.1D

The Autotek SM-2000.1D is a Street Machine series Class D monoblock built for subwoofers, rated at 2000W maximum power. It delivers 1 x 2000W at 2 ohms and 1 x 1000W at 4 ohms, which covers a single dual voice coil sub wired to 2 ohms or a pair of subs on a 4-ohm load.

Everything about the low end is adjustable at the amplifier. A fully adjustable 12dB low-pass crossover covers 40Hz to 300Hz, a subsonic filter runs 10Hz to 40Hz to keep frequencies below the enclosure tuning out of the sub, and bass boost adds up to 12dB. The included wired bass remote mounts anywhere in the cabin so you can change level between tracks without touching the head unit.

QTD Technology puts extra mass in the aluminum heat sink for quick thermal dispersion, holding temperature steady through long listening sessions. Pro-Fi High Speed MOSFETs keep efficiency high and distortion low, and a high energy Pulse Width Modulated power supply limits the demand placed on the vehicle charging system.

RCA inputs with a low noise preamplifier circuit hold the signal clean from head unit to output, and signal-to-noise is rated greater than 100dB. Nickel-plated brass terminals accept 4 GA power and 8 GA speaker wire through screw-down connectors, and LED indicators on the end panel report overload and speaker short protection. An external 50A fuse handles overcurrent duty.
