Product Description

The Boss Audio BV6860BH is a direct factory-replacement stereo for RVs, campers, motorhomes, and toy haulers. It drops into an RV-spec chassis opening of 3.86" W x 3.98" H x 2.64" D, so it swaps in where an aging coach radio already sits without cutting new panels. An AM/FM tuner with switchable US and EU frequencies holds 18 FM presets, and zero current draw memory keeps those presets and your EQ settings intact when the house battery is pulled for winter storage.

Power output is 40W x 4 channels for 160W total, enough to run interior cabin speakers and an exterior awning pair at the same time. Dual-zone control sets those two areas to different volumes, so guests outside at the campfire can turn things up while someone inside keeps it quiet. Pre-amp outputs for front, rear, and subwoofer leave room to add an amplifier later.

Connections cover both modern and older gear. Bluetooth streams music and podcasts from a phone, the front-panel USB port and aux input handle wired sources, and a front 3.5mm headphone output allows late-night listening without waking the rest of the camper. HDMI pass-thru and RCA video input/output route a streaming stick, game console, or DVD player to a coach TV, with dual-zone A/V output feeding a second screen. An LCD display shows ID3 tag data and the clock, with high and low backlight levels for daytime glare and after-dark travel. A built-in alarm clock rounds out the daily-use features.

Features

    • Drops Into Your Existing Dash

The RV-spec chassis fits a 3.86" W x 3.98" H opening at 2.64" deep, so it replaces a tired coach radio without cutting or rebuilding the panel.

    • Two Listening Areas, One Radio

Dual-zone control sets inside and outside volumes separately, letting the awning speakers play loud at the campsite while the cabin stays quiet.

    • Presets Survive Storage

Zero current draw memory retains radio presets and EQ settings even after the house battery is disconnected for the off-season, so setup is not repeated each spring.

    • Video Routing Built In

HDMI pass-thru, RCA video input/output, and dual-zone A/V output send a streaming stick or game console to one or two coach screens.

    • Every Source Connects

Bluetooth audio streaming, a front USB port, a front aux input, and a rear A/V input cover phones, flash storage, and older disc players alike.
