EC100 Molded Microphone Case

The CAD Audio EC100 is a heavy-duty molded case that protects an Equitek microphone in storage and in transit. The foam lining is cut to fit the E100, E100-2, E100S, E100Sx or E40, with a separate cutout for a VP5 windscreen, so the microphone sits in one position instead of shifting around loose foam or bubble wrap. A precise fit matters with condenser microphones, where a single hard knock to the capsule can change how the microphone sounds. A rubber gasket in the lid seals out water and dust, which is what you want when the case rides in a van, a trailer or the back of a truck between sessions and shows.
