G12T-75

The Celestion G12T-75 is the high-powered rock player speaker, best known as the driver behind one of the most widely used 4x12 cabinets ever made. It handles 75W into 8 Ohm with 97dB sensitivity and an 80Hz to 5,000Hz range, and it was built specifically for the demands of high-gain amplifiers. The voicing combines a huge, tightly controlled low end with an aggressive midrange and a softened top end, which adds a welcome sweetness to overdrive while keeping the aggressive upper harmonics that make riffs bite. That balance is why it has been the choice of players known for fast, saturated lead work. Run four in a 4x12 for the classic high-gain stack sound, or fit one to a combo that needs more low-end authority and less treble harshness. A 0.99kg ceramic magnet and 1.75-inch round copper voice coil on a pressed steel chassis bring unit weight to 7.7 lb with 127mm overall depth. Cut-out diameter is 283mm with four mounting holes on a 297mm PCD.
