TF0818 8 Ohm

The Celestion TF0818 is an 8-inch low frequency driver for compact pro audio cabinets. It handles 100W AES and 200W continuous at 8 Ohm with 94dB sensitivity and a 70Hz to 6,000Hz range, wide enough to cover bass and midrange duty in a small two-way box. That combination suits compact PA tops, delay and fill speakers, ceiling and wall-mounted install cabinets, and portable systems where an 8-inch format is the only thing that fits the space. A 44mm copper voice coil on a polyimide former sits in a ferrite motor, and the Kevlar loaded paper cone with a cloth-sealed surround keeps the cone stable through 5mm of Xmax. Parameters (Fs 100Hz, Qts 0.429, Vas 9.44 litres) point to small sealed and vented enclosures, which is exactly where this driver is meant to live. A pressed steel chassis keeps unit weight at 5.1 lb, and the 183mm cut-out with four mounting holes on a 195-199mm PCD matches common 8-inch cabinet patterns for new builds and replacements. Also available in 4 Ohm and 16 Ohm.
